Purpose of IbM Leadership Roundtables
The IbM Leadership Roundtables offer a rare opportunity for peer-level leaders across the seven spheres of culture to come together in meaningful dialogue and intentional connection. These gatherings are designed to foster relationships among leaders, creating a safe and open environment where walls of division and isolation are broken down. Barbara Wentroble will serve as a convener, facilitating honest and collaborative conversations that strengthen leaders and inspire greater impact in their regions.

This is not about joining an organization but about cultivating unity and synergy among Kingdom, senior, and emerging leaders and includes your leadership teams. With no preaching or recordings, the focus is entirely on peer-level interaction and shared insights. The registration fee includes lunch and snacks, ensuring a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere for building impactful relationships that advance God’s purposes.
