Apostolic Advancement Sessions Format

Each Apostolic Advancement session is designed as a focused, virtual around-the-table engagement for seasoned apostolic leaders.

The session begins with a concise, experience-based teaching led by Barbara Wentroble, addressing the most critical aspects of the topic from years of lived apostolic leadership. These teachings are not theoretical; they are grounded in real assignments, real responsibility, and real outcomes.

Following each teaching segment, the conversation opens for dialogue. Apostolic leaders are invited to bring forward their most pressing challenges or emerging opportunities related to the topic. Together, the group engages in thoughtful, experience-driven discussion—exploring how to resolve obstacles, steward responsibility, and activate the most strategic opportunities in this season. Both Barbara and the participating apostles contribute insight, wisdom, and perspective.

This rhythm—focused teaching followed by applied apostolic dialogue—continues until all facets of the session’s topic have been thoroughly engaged.

While apostolic leaders are encouraged to invite key members of their leadership teams to attend, the discussion itself remains anchored in the apostolic leader’s perspective, responsibility, and authority, ensuring depth, clarity, and relevance for those carrying the assignment.
