Apostolic Advancement is a high-level apostolic collaboration led by Barbara Wentroble and shaped through the collective wisdom of seasoned apostles, apostolic and five-fold leaders, and ministry and marketplace leaders who lead teams to govern, build, align, and advance the Kingdom. These sessions are designed for you—an established leader already carrying significant influence—who desires to refine vision, strengthen authority, expand capacity, and secure generational legacy through shared insight and concrete application.
You will be strengthened through biblical teaching, interactive dialogue, and participants’ revelation, apostolic impartation, and activation.
We also invite your leadership team so they can better understand your goals, perspectives, and outlook. We want the whole team to be cohesive and moving forward with the apostolic leader’s vision and approach.
Apostolic Vision
Apostolic vision at your level is not about seeing farther—it is about seeing with greater clarity and consequence. Senior apostles carry visions that influence cities, networks, and future generations, yet vision must continually be recalibrated to remain sharp, executable, and transferable. This session focuses on refining your vision so it governs strategy, succession, and territorial impact rather than remaining a personal mandate.
Apostolic Advancement will engage seasoned apostolic leaders together in discerning what must be protected, expanded, or released in each apostle’s vision. Emphasis is placed on translating revelation into aligned leadership structures, measurable initiatives, and shared ownership across networks, ensuring that vision does not stall with the visionary but accelerates through others.

You are no stranger to spiritual conflict, but apostolic warfare at this stage must be disciplined, discerning, and jurisdictional. This session engages how you wage war without distraction, unnecessary exposure, or fatigue, while maintaining authority and momentum.
As you interact with other apostolic leaders, you will gain insight into establishing warfare rhythms, discerning timing, and securing territory in ways that strengthen longevity rather than drain leadership capacity.

Apostolic Prophets
You carry responsibility not only to receive revelation, but to steward and govern it. As prophetic flow increases around you, discernment and structure become essential to protect alignment and direction.
In dialogue with other apostolic leaders, this session explores how you integrate prophetic insight into leadership decisions, discern levels of revelation, and cultivate prophetic cultures that advance mission rather than create instability.
Outcome: Govern prophetic flow so revelation strengthens direction, alignment, and advancement.
Writing a story from beginning to end takes persistence.
Students learn how to start projects, work through challenges, revise thoughtfully, and finish what they begin. Along the way, they develop patience, resilience, responsibility, and a growing sense of ownership over their work.
These life skills are not taught as abstract lessons — they emerge naturally as students engage in meaningful creative work they care about.
Outcome: Align financial stewardship with apostolic mission to increase capacity and infrastructure.

Apostolic Identity
You carry authority, responsibility, and weight—often without external validation. This session addresses apostolic identity not as affirmation, but as settled clarity that governs decisions, relationships, and endurance.
As you engage alongside other apostolic leaders, you will identify where identity strengthens authority and where unresolved pressure may be limiting freedom, focus, or succession.
Outcome: Build legacy through intentional succession, leadership transfer, and generational continuity.
You are not called to advance alone, yet not every relationship is a tribal one. This session explores how you discern apostolic relationships based on assignment, trust, and governance rather than proximity or history.
Through collaborative discussion, you will gain clarity on cultivating an apostolic ecosystem that multiplies influence, shares responsibility, and advances together without control or fragmentation.

Apostolic Legacy
Legacy is not what remains after your assignment ends—it is what you are actively building into others now. This session focuses on how you intentionally shape what continues, multiplies, and transitions beyond your leadership.
Engaging the wisdom of fellow apostolic leaders, you will examine succession, leadership transfer, and structural decisions that preserve apostolic DNA while allowing future leaders to advance with strength and clarity.
Outcome: Build legacy through intentional succession, leadership transfer, and generational continuity.
Commissioning & Certificate of Completion
The journey concludes with a Commissioning & Activation Session. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon submitting a one-sentence response after each session.
Live participation is strongly encouraged. However, all sessions are recorded, and replays and PDF teaching notes will be provided to registered participants for any scheduling conflicts.
